Steelers’ training camp schedule set
The Steelers will report to training camp on July 25 and will hold 15 practices that are open to the public.
They will break camp on Aug. 16 and host the Buffalo Bills in their second preseason game that night. Joint practices with the Bills will be held on Aug. 13-14 at St. Vincent College in Latrobe.
Fourteen of the open practices will be held at St. Vincent College. The other practice will be held Aug. 1 at Memorial Stadium in Latrobe. That practice is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and will be preceded by an autograph session with players.
The Steelers’ first two practices will be without pads.
Here is the Steelers’ camp schedule with all practices held at St. Vincent College unless otherwise noted.
July 25: All players must report to camp by 4 p.m. That will be followed by a run test and then a team meeting.
July 26: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
July 27: Practice from 2-55-5 p.m.
July 28: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
July 29: Players’ day off
July 30: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
July 31: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 1: Practice at 7 p.m. at Memorial Stadium
Aug 2: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 3: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 4: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 5: Players’ days off
Aug 6: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 7: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 8: Travel for first preseason game
Aug. 9: Steelers play New York Giants at 7:30 p.m. at Met Life Stadium
Aug. 10: Players’ day off
Aug. 11: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 12: Practice from 2:55-5 p.m.
Aug. 13: Joint practice from 2:55-5 p.m. with the Buffalo Bills
Aug. 14: Joint practice with the Bills at 5:30 p.m.
Aug. 15: No practice
Aug. 16: Steelers break camp and play the Bills in a 7:30 p.m. preseason game at Heinz Field
